MISSION STATEMENT:
A music and fine arts workshop that is designed to meet our youth where they are and allow them to flow in their gifts and talents in an organized structured environment.
VISION: To partner with school administrators and youth organization to offer a variety of music and fine arts workshops that incorporate life skills as part of the curriculum.
A portion of the proceeds from our events will be donated to IMPACT 360 Music and Fine Arts Workshops. We will partner and target middle, high schools and extended day programs during the school year and summer camps held throughout the city and county. The curriculum will also include life skill training and mentoring

Would you like to sponsor an IMPACT 360 MUSIC AND ARTS WORKSHOP?
HELPFUL HINTS:
1- Team up with 2 or three youth organizations
2- Be sure to serve complimentary lunch for participants
3- Make certain that your hosting facility is large enough to accommodate the workshops
4- Make sure the rooms are spacious and safe for dancing
5- All participants must register in advance (no walk in's)
6- If there is a registration fee be sure that it is affordable
7- Assign a staff assistant for every 10 students enrolled
8- Create two type of learning disciplines: intermediate and advance classes
9- Have auditions for lead roles
10- Zero tolerance policy for any student that fails to comply with the rules and procedures
11- Be sure you have access to a quality PA System and instrument for the music classes
12- No bystanders or unregistered guests (or children) will be able to sit in rehearsals
